Android users can finally download Fortnite through Google Play Store

Fortnite

Finally good news for Fortnite lovers. Fortnite is available on Google Play Store for Android users. Fortnite is a battle royale game and available for free to download.

The mobile version of the Fortnite game is the same as you play in the PlayStation 4, Xbox, PC, or Mac. The size of the Fortnite game is 107Mb on play store but you need to download an additional 7.4 GB resources to be able to play this addictive game.

Initially, the game was released only for PC but later it was offered to android and iOS users. The game was only available for android users on the Epic Games website. The game was not available on Play Store at the start as the Epic Games wanted to generate all the revenue and they don’t want to give 30% of the revenue to Google. Although Epic Games asked to cut the 30% rule for them, Google didn’t accept the offer.

Epic Game shared a statement explaining why they finally decided to release Fortnite on Play Store because whenever you download any software or application from outside play store it shows as malware and because of that users think this as a scam and question the authenticity of the application. Even though they decided to publish Fortnite on play store but still Epic Games will support their apps and games outside of the play store.

Gameplay

Fortnite is having the same gameplay, same maps, and weekly updates as you play on PC. All you have to do is build your fort and battle till the last man standing, join different rooms or play with friends.
