Uber Eats

The Uber launched Uber Eats back in 2014. At the start, it was launched under the name UberFresh but after a year they changed to Uber Eats. The company released its app in 2015 which was separate from Uber ride hailing service. In just 2019 Uber has announced $4.1 billion revenue.

Postmates

Working in the US soil only, the company is geals with both buyers and sellers. Offering services to those stores and restaurants who don’t have their own delivery service.  It generated $1.85 billion in revenue in 2019.

Grubhub

Grubhub was founded by Malony and Evans back in 2014. Grubhub is also focusing on food delivery service. Since then the service kept on growing and provided their service and offered solutions for different platforms. Grubhub connects diners with local takeout restaurants.  In the year 2019, they made $1.6 billion in revenue.

Door Dash

America is the land of opportunities. All you need to have is a well executable plan. Door Dash is also a food delivery service. The on-demand prepared food delivery service was founded in 2013 by Stanford students. Now DoorDash has hit a valuation of $13 billion. In last year $900 million revenue was generated.

The online competition is growing day by day with new food delivery applications. It is up to big chains, what they offer in an economical way. The future is staying online, working online, and eating online.
