Devialet shrinks its speaker along with prices

Devialet

A lot of people don’t know about audio brand Devialet but when they heard the name Phantom, they immediately recognize the speakers which are famously for their high fidelity sounds.

The main matter is as we all know how impressive they are, these implosive speakers will be unbearable if you play it in a small space.  Plus, the price starts from $1,690 which is not an immediate buy for the majority of the People.

As such, Devialet’s team of 100 engineers spent three years for repackaging an equivalent audio technology into a more portable form factor. In the end, the Phantom Reactor finally came down to a $999 wireless speaker. While the prices decrease the size of the phantom also shrinks but it has still the same sound.

If you look at Phantom Reactor from close range it will look just like the larger phantom, but both variants have equivalent dimensions, which compute to be slightly larger than average ostrich egg, so you’ll almost grab the entire composite body with one hand but try to avoid dropping 10 pounds of device on our feet.

There are two variants of Phantom Reactor in the market one is 600W and the other is 900W. The 600W version rated with 95 dB SPL and 900W model with 98 dB SPL. Both models feature Bluetooth technology, WiFi and optical-in for connectivity, which is needless to say for a high-end wireless speaker. They also go up from 18Hz to 21Khz, and increase “phenomenal sound amplitude without distortion, saturation or ground noise”, this is all because of Devialet’s proprietary audio features which include Heart bass explosion, Analog Digital Hybrid amplification, and Speaker Active Matching algorithm.

These are equivalent technologies applied to the prevailing Phantom range and actually, the “ADH” technology — now at its fifth generation — was derived from Devialet first-ever product, the D-Premier amplifier. Phantom speakers have a powerful sound and watching movies on these mega devices will double the fun when there are distortion free environment and perfect cinema partner.
